• Reserveringsovereenkomst (Reserva): Een kleine aanbetaling (meestal €3.000 - €6.000) om het pand te reserveren en van de markt te halen. Deze overeenkomst geeft je exclusieve tijd om verdere juridische checks uit te voeren.
• Voorschotovereenkomst (Contrato de Arras): Dit bindende contract vereist een aanbetaling van 10% van de aankoopprijs. Het beschermt je als koper en verzekert de verkoop.
